Purchase our gift card just like any other item, simply add to your cart and checkout! Whoever is receiving the card will get an email with the card number inside.

ASince you're probably not sending a gift card to yourself, just add the recipient's email address during checkout and they'll receive it. Or, you can forward the email to the lucky person!

At the moment we don't offer physical gift cards. If you want to give a gift in person check out our product bundles!

Orders shipped within the United States are delivered via USPS. International orders are shipped with UPS Mail Innovations, which partners with local parcel delivery services.

We offer 2 day shipping (which we call Rush shipping) on orders within a certain distance from our Chicago fulfillment center.

Domestic orders typically process in 1 to 2 business days and can take up to 5 business days to arrive.

Orders sent with priority shipping arrive 1 to 2 days after processing.

We ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Oceania and Asia.

All online orders originate in Chicago, Illinois.

Shipping is complimentary on all orders of $25 or more.

Your Boie USA brush head should last twice as long as a traditional nylon-bristled brush. We recommend getting a new one every six months.

The Fine Toothbrush has triangular bristles that are finer and pointed at the top. It has fewer bristles overall that makes the head more compact when compared to the Original Toothbrush.

The Boie USA Toothbrush is made from a rubber-like material called thermoplastic elastomer. Long name, but it’s just a material engineered to be soft and pliable like rubber and also durable like thermoplastic. The result is a latex-free, recyclable product.

Like any other toothbrush, the Boie USA Toothbrush is just one part of a complete oral-care routine. Still keep up with flossing, using fluoride toothpaste, and visiting your dentist. Say hi for us!

The Boie USA Body Scrubber is made from a rubber-like material called thermoplastic elastomer. It sounds complicated but it’s just a material that combines the soft flexibility of rubber with the durability of thermoplastic. The result is a latex and BPA-free product that is 100% recyclable. 

Nope! All of our products are made of BPA-free materials.

No again! All of our products are latex free.

The back of the Body Scrubber will stick to most ‘shiny’ bathroom surfaces due to its suction properties. You can also hang the Scrubber on a shower rack from one of its 3 finger holes.

This will depend on your personal routine and how often you use the scrubber, but on average it lasts about six months.

The Boie USA Body Scrubber is classified under recycling code number 7.

We want the discarding process to be as easy as possible. If your local waste management system does not recycle our Body Scrubbers, just send them back and we’ll do it for you. Reach us at help@boieusa.com for more information.

We absolutely recommend using body wash. Traditional bar soaps, while can be used with our scrubber, does not pair as well with our scrubber as does body wash!
